Shimrin universal basecoat system, BC Series. The perfect start point of any kustom job. Released in 1982, Jon Kosmoski created 14 base colors ranging from solid black and white to metalic bases for under kandy's. These basecoat colors mix 2:1 with RU Series reducers.
